1. General

North East Dino Events provides dinosaur-themed entertainment services for children’s parties and events across North East England.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and use of our services.

2. Bookings

Bookings must be made directly through North East Dino Events via phone or email.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a refund of the deposit (minus a small admin fee).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that North East Dino Events must cancel, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.

4. Safety & Responsibilities

Our team takes every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children during the event.

North East Dino Events will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur due to lack of supervision or failure to follow safety instructions.

The client is responsible for any loss or damage to North East Dino Events’ property, equipment, costumes, or props caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to supervise children or guests.

In such cases, the client will be invoiced for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement

5. Venue Requirements

The client must provide a safe and suitable space for the performance and activities.

Access to parking for a large van and setup time must be arranged in advance.

Please ensure venue has level access, no stairs and is not a tight space as the dinosaur is 4 meters long.

6. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash. 

Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

7. Photography & Media

North East Dino Events may take photographs/videos during events for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for photos/videos of your event to be used, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Liability

North East Dino Events holds public liability insurance.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, traffic, illness).

9. Website Use

All content on our website (including text, images, and branding) is owned by North East Dino Events.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our permission.
